Surprised? Obama Admin Ignores State Marijuana Rights

"DEA raids in Seattle targeted several medical-marijuana dispensaries in the Puget Sound region of the state. The DEA raids happened on Tuesday, but authorities are not saying just how many dispensaries they raided, according to the Seattle Times on July 24, 2013.
Search warrants were executed in King, Thurston and Pierce counties, according to the Drug Enforcement Administration spokesperson Jodie Underwood."
Breaking a vow to respect state rights to legalize marijuana, the Obama administration is putting pressure on legal marijuana dispensaries. Many DEA raids have happened in Seattle, where personal possession of marijuana up to an ounce for an adult is perfectly legal. What are the reasons behind the raids?
